These ‘Terms and Conditions’ outline the rules and regulations for the use of HAUNTVAULT's Website required for enrollment (registration) for any HAUNTVAULT Site –

By registering for this website, you are required to accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use (or register for) HAUNTVAULT's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated within this document.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:

• “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.

• “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to HAUNTVAULT, The HAUNTVAULT Society Membership (including paid and free tiers), HORRORWOOD Presents…, and HAUNTVAULT Shop.

• “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

COOKIES
We employ the use of cookies. By using HAUNTVAULT's website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with HAUNTVAULT’s Privacy Policy. Most of the modern-day interactive web sites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. This is specific to HAUNTVAULT Society to keep your member data saved, and items in keeping your account logged in while visiting any HAUNTVAULT Site. We do not, under any circumstances, share or sell your data to any third-party company nor will we ever.

PRIVACY
Please review our HAUNTVAULT Privacy Policy and Legal Documentation (link on every footer throughout sites). This will clearly outline our commitments to user and HAUNTVAULT Society Member Privacy, as well as our do-good approach to intellectual property (IP) working with all haunted events. To reiterate, as we do throughout our sites, HAUNTVAULT is in no way affiliated with NBCUniversal, Busch Entertainment, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Parks & Resorts™, Halloween Horror Nights™, or any subsidiaries.

Upon HAUNTVAULT Society registration, your e-mail address will be automatically enrolled in our newsletter system (provided by MailChimp) securely. Rest assured, your information is safe with us, and we will never share your e-mail address, or contact information with anyone – ever.

The HAUNTVAULT Society e-mail newsletter is one, of the many, perks associated with creating an account – however if you would like to remove yourself from receiving the e-mail newsletter, you may (at any time) by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter. If you experience any newsletter challenges, do not hesitate to contact us.

LICENSE
Unless otherwise stated, HAUNTVAULT and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on HAUNTVAULT. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from any HAUNTVAULT website,  for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, ratings, information, material and data ('Comments') in areas of the website. HAUNTVAULT Staff does it’s best to comb the comments before they are posted, but does not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of HAUNTVAULT, its agents or affiliates.

Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws HAUNTVAULT shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

HAUNTVAULT reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which it considers in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Members, including unregistered individuals, may “report” content to our Moderation Team at any time by clicking (or tapping) the “Report” link by user generated content.

You warrant and represent that:
- You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so.
- The Comments do not infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark, or other proprietary right of any third party.
- The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material or material which an invasion of privacy is.

As an HAUNTVAULT Society Member, you are – under no circumstances – to post any form of rumors, or speculation anywhere on this website. REMOVAL OF LINKS FROM OUR WEBSITE

REGISTRATION
HAUNTVAULT Society Members may register for one (1) Society account per person. Account sharing is not permitted, nor are multiple accounts per individual. Each HAUNTVAULT Society Membership (paid or free) must be linked to an active e-mail address, and during registration, users must have JavaScript enabled in-browser, as well as pass automated spoof/spam monitoring services. Upon completion of registration, users must confirm their e-mail address to activate their account. Confirmation must be completed within one calendar week (7 days) from the HAUNTVAULT Society Registration, otherwise the account will be automatically deleted by our server. Under certain circumstances, e-mails that appear to be fraudulent may be automatically denied, in which an automated e-mail will be sent to the user notifying them of this event, and their e-mail will be locked from creating new accounts (i.e. anti-spam measure).

If purchasing a HAUNTVAULT Society Elite Membership (paid membership), users must be registered for a base (free) account, and upgrade upon either (a.) registration, or (b.) post registration. This includes gift memberships requiring the gift giver to be a member for security purposes.

ELITE MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
All Elite Membership tiers (monthly and yearly) are non-refundable. Should a member choose to cancel their plan, it will continue until the end of the contracted period. For example, if you cancel your monthly Elite Membership on the 6th of the month, it will continue until the last day of that month. Likewise, if you cancel your 2020 yearly Elite Membership, it will not end until January 1 of following year. All sales are final, and non-refundable.

DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). Nothing in this disclaimer will: 
- Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
- Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
